Cosmic Shakes

Greetings! It has been a tiny while. Just a teeny update. I am now living in Bali with one of my best pals Yon Ni (Okay sorry it took me so long to tell you lot). It has been packed and busy, but also exciting, no surprise there.

We went for burgers and shakes at this lovely retro restaurant, so lads and lass if you are in Bali and if you are into retro: Drop by Cosmic Diner! I love the Milkshakes over there.

P.s: That uneven tan you see was the result of reckless sun exposure in Gili island.

Ambivalence

For sure you have been in a cross-road in your life before haven't you?

This time I got confused. Well, I am currently in that particular cross-road and not knowing if I should take an opportunity or should I just let it pass. Often times you think you know what you want. But then when the opportunity presents itself, ambivalence becomes presence. You doubt yourself.

I always believe that things will work out. As I do now, I will take that leap.

The Versailles!

How early would you wake up to take pictures??

Merv and I got up early to beat the queue in Paris for the Hall of Mirrors in Chateau Versailles.
It was worth it. We were the first to enter that day, rushed to this hall, and took loads of photos.

I went to Amsterdam afterwards for WorldWide Instameet, sadly I did not really archived my outfit of the days but I promise you I had the best of fun!

Through the Looking Glass

Good weekend fellas? It was for me :)

The sun was out... Good vibes all around, people start consuming ice cream- all that stuff. Well I love this spot to take photos... Because why not. Big Ben.

That Girl with The Cape

That night we went for another trip to Tai Kang road. The chick-vintage-but-oriental pedestrian street is bustling with tourists and locals. It was nice and pleasant trip, here are some pictures from that night. I was trying a simple look that was inspired by that particular cape, again this reminded me of Sherlock Holmes.

We were dining in a lovely Indian restaurant. So this is me without the cape.

These three pictures were taken in the taxi, wonderful lights effect shown due to the rapid movement of the taxi. I thank Cherry for these lovely pictures.

Look, this is me outside my favorite karaoke place with a very cute pink car, with London flag pattern! That night we sing our heart out.. It was really fun, we sing a lot of songs of Florence and the Machine, Paramore and even Birdy, and of course Hot Chelle Rae!

This is my friend Cherry and me. The picture is blur but I still like it... Check out her blog and discover a cool chick fashion style!

Pink Theory of Hipster Kitty

Recently there are ample exposures of hipsters around me, my housemate is probably one of them (Cherry). Personally I dislike hippies, but I find hipsters are like-able.. These pictures were inspired by all hipsters out there and I combined it with my personal wardrobe. The glasses with that hello kitty bow and whiskers are just a pair of empty frames, usually I am not a fan of hello kitty but this time I make an exception and purchase it anyway because I like it!

To hipsters: Really, I find all of you very inspiring.
Notice that ring? It may be blur but it says: LONDON E1.

These are my precious pink collection. I am so glad I get to finally show it in my blog!

Did you notice?? I used vintage filter too (Hipster style).

I'm Preppy and I Know it

Personally I think that preppy is a very exquisite style. I noticed I have some preppy items in my closet, so I decided to try and mix them up! This happened yesterday.
As you can see, this is me with my new violin-shaped bag. I love red color, obviously as you can see my post before I also used red-themed color palette.

This time I wear a red beret, cute touch, don't you think?
I am quite happy with the result of this mix and match.. I will definitely feature my violin bag again in another time!

Quick update Y'all, you may find a better presentation of this violin bag feature in my next post: here.

A Study in Scarlet

"A Study in Scarlet"is a detective novel written by Arthur Conan Doyle, which introduced one of the greatest fictional detectives of all times: Sherlock Holmes. I was so very inspired by BBC Sherlock series (although the name of the case in the series was changed to "A Study in Pink") therefore I named this look according to the original name of the story.
